Your workouts for REIGNITE are delivered through my private Fit By KP coaching app. All of your workouts will be accessed through this app with coaching cues, video testimonials, and room to record your workout info in the app.
This 6 month program guides you through my 3 phase “REIGNITE Method” to build your athleticism from the ground up in the safest, most efficient way. Each block has a unique focus with the goal of building strength, power, and endurance over the course of the 6 months.

In REIGNITE, we take a TEAM approach to accountability. We play to the strengths of having grown up as an athlete and have a highly active team groupchat through the app Circle where we check in with each other, hype each other up, and share anything we want about the workouts, life, and mindset.
This platform also hosts our monthly coaching calls & form feedback forum.
IMPORTANT NOTE: this is a GROUP coaching program. I want to highlight the importance of being a teammate during this journey. The most successful athletes are the ones who show up for their teammates and engage daily in the group.

A-Team is a self-led options where you get to come into the private team space and get access to every resource- the workouts, the app, the nutrition coaching, and the champion mindset course. You will have accountability check ins throughout the week in the group from me as well as space to get support from teammates and ask questions.
A-Team MVP is a closer proximity space where athletes come in and get closer coaching access with me. We have biweekly LIVE zoom calls where the team gets to riff and work through any roadblocks they have, questions on the content in the courses, live form feedback, etc. This is where athletes get to take advantage of more in-depth coaching conversations and walk away with immediate solutions to their roadblocks.
A-Team MVP also get special “welcome” goodie bags with Fit By KP/REIGNITE merch as well as physical copies of resources for the program to help support and guide them for high levels of success.

No worries. This is very normal.
While the accountability is set up to keep you from falling behind, everyone is bound to miss a workout here and there. If you miss a workout, it’s not the end of the world. There are days built into the program to accommodate for missed workouts.
If you’re sick for multiple days or go on vacation, then you have a choice: you either skip the week you missed, or you repeat the week you missed. If you’re unsure which makes more sense for YOU, then post your concerns in the groupchat and I will help you figure out the best plan of action.

This is completely normal. Everyone is coming from different starting points. If a movement is too difficult for you, post your concern in the “Team Groupchat” space and I will give you a modification or regression that is more suited for your current fitness level.

Nutrition is essential for any strong athlete- that’s why I have integrated an entire nutrition program into REIGNITE. You will get 8 weeks of nutrition lessons spaced out throughout the entire 4 months that teach you WHAT to do, HOW to make it realistic in your life, and what tips/tricks I have to make nutrition easy. You will leave knowing exactly how to fuel your body for your goals. All nutrition lessons are dropped in our private team space and come with additional recipes, action steps, and visuals to help you implement the lesson into your day to day life right away in an easy-to-manage- way

The A-Team (self-led) is $699.
The A-Team MVP (close proximity) is $999.
The self-led is $300 cheaper than MVP to give athletes in various financial situations an opportunity to join my coaching space and learn how to train like athletes again!

This road bump is common for many people. But it’s just that- a road bump, not a stopping point.
That’s why in REIGNITE I work on cultivating a healthy mindset of discipline and excitement throughout the whole journey. Between the team group chat, the leadership board to keep your competitive spark alive, the monthly competitions to keep you working hard, and weekly LIVE team huddles to get you amped up for the week ahead, athletes tend to stay pretty engaged and excited the whole time.
If you DO hit a slump, this is where you can pour into the team groupchat (who will hype you up and remind you why you started) and ask questions in our live coaching calls to get personalized advice and coaching.
It’s time to act, athletes. Champions don’t wait- they move. Imperfectly, intentionally, and consistently.
