Hey athletes!

My name is Katelyn, but you can call me KP!

I’ve been training people since 2018, but made a significant shift in my coaching style in 2021 when I started leaning into the concept of training like an athlete. After doing an athletic training internship with my college’s football team, I realized I didn’t like being on the “rehab” side of the equation as much as the “performance” side of things. I did a strength & conditioning internship with our basketball teams the following year and this is when I learned how differently athletes train from the every day average Joe (you can hear more about my full story in my first episode of my podcast The Reformed Athlete-click here to listen!)

This is when I completely leaned into “training like an athlete”. And not only did this reignite my love for the gym and exercise, but I noticed that by leading with my own purposeful mission, I was inspiring those around me. My parents, my grandparents, my older aunts/uncles- all of my incredible loved ones starting following my lead and embracing their identity as lifelong athletes too.

After seeing the generations above me completely change their relationship with the gym and turn their health around, I knew this message had to be shared with the masses. And that’s what I’m here to do today.

My entire business is centered around creating community connection and athleticism to inspire a healthier trajectory of aging for the people we love the most. It’s about letting your mindset and abilities define you, not your age, and allowing the athlete identity to lead you to a path of positive aging and health.

Today, you can find my training Muay Thai, playing rec soccer, and now- training like a hybrid athlete again! Join me on my mission to help every former athlete reignite their inner champion and create massive change in their community.
